Terms of Use
By using Work Happy (the “App”), you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
Work Happy provides:
- Live income and off-work countdown during a work shift
- Overtime tracking and earnings (permanent after buyout; or for the current day after a rewarded ad)
- Daily expense entry and break-even time (same unlock rules)
- Home screen widgets (7-day trial; permanent amounts after buyout)
- Ads for free users; buyout removes ads forever
- Local data storage and management
- Chinese / English in-app UI (system language or Settings choice)
The developer may improve features; material changes will be described in the App.
2. Acceptable use
You must follow applicable laws and must not:
- Use the App for illegal activity or to infringe others’ rights;
- Reverse-engineer, crack, or interfere with the App;
- Misuse the App to invade others’ pay or privacy.
3. Data and privacy
- Salary, overtime, and expense data stay on your device by default. See the Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. Calculations are estimates only and are not legal or financial advice.
4. Purchases and refunds
- Basic timing is free. Overtime and break-even unlock permanently via one-time buyout, or for the current day via a rewarded ad.
- Buyout also removes in-app ads permanently.
- Payment and refunds follow Apple App Store / Google Play policies.
- Virtual goods generally are not refundable without cause.
5. Disclaimer
- The App is provided “as is.” Income figures are based on your configuration and may differ from actual pay.
- The developer is not liable for issues caused by device failure, OS limits, or the system killing the process.
- To the extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages.
6. Intellectual property
IP in the App belongs to the developer. You may not copy, distribute, or commercialize it without permission.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall at any time. After uninstall, local data is removed as the system allows.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes shall be submitted to a court with jurisdiction at the developer’s location.
