Welcome to Qing Water (“the App”)!
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between you and the Qing Water developer (“we”) regarding your download, installation, and use of the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Qing Water provides hydration logging, daily goal calculation, history charts, local reminders, and educational articles. The free version may show third-party ads. Articles are for healthy-habit reference only, not medical or professional advice.
We may update features and UI; material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way in-app.
2. Acceptable Use
- Use the App lawfully and in good faith.
- Hydration goals and logs are informational and do not replace professional medical advice.
- Data is stored locally by default in the current version.
3. Intellectual Property
Software, UI, and original content belong to the developer or rights holders. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the App without permission.
4. Disclaimer
- Goal calculations and stats are estimates; individual needs vary.
- We are not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for outages caused by force majeure, revoked permissions, or third-party ad service interruptions.
- You assume risk for decisions based on App content.
5. Privacy
See the Privacy Policy. The current version stores data locally and does not upload drink logs or feedback to our servers.
6. Changes & Termination
We may update these Terms. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time; uninstalling removes local data.
