用户协议（EULA）

欢迎使用「节日祝福」。使用本应用即表示你同意本协议。

一、服务内容

本应用提供节日日历、节日提醒、贺卡模板编辑与导出。贺卡由你在本机生成，并通过系统分享发送，本应用无法确认对方已收到。

二、会员订阅

会员为自动续期订阅，权益为解锁全部模板与无水印导出。
确认购买后从 Apple ID 账户扣费；到期前 24 小时内未关闭自动续订将自动续费。
你可在 App Store「账户设置 → 订阅」中管理或取消订阅；退款按 Apple 相关规定处理。
会员到期后，已导出的无水印图片不受影响，再次导出将按非会员规则添加水印。

三、许可与限制

在遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予你一项个人、非独占、不可转让的许可，仅用于在自有设备上使用本应用。你不得对本应用进行反向工程、破解、出租或转售（法律明确允许的除外）。

四、内容使用

本应用提供的模板、插画与祝福语为原创或已获授权的内容，仅供你制作个人贺卡使用，不得用于商业转售。

五、用户内容

你在贺卡中填写的文字与选择的照片由你负责，请勿包含违法或侵犯他人权益的内容。

六、免责

节日日期由本机历法计算，如有出入以权威万年历为准。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按「现状」提供，不对间接损失承担责任。

七、协议更新

协议更新后将在应用内或本页面提示，继续使用即视为同意更新后的协议。

八、管辖

本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖（不含冲突法规则），争议由开发者所在地有管辖权的法院解决。

By using Fest Bless / 节日祝福 you agree to these terms.

Service

Festival calendar, local reminders, card templates, edit and export/share. Delivery to recipients is via the system share sheet; we cannot confirm receipt.

Subscriptions

Auto-renewable membership unlocks templates and watermark-free export.
Charged to your Apple ID; renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before period end.
Manage or cancel in App Store → Account → Subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple rules.

License

Personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your devices. No reverse engineering, renting, or resale except where required by law.

Content

Templates and copy are for personal greeting cards only, not commercial resale. You are responsible for text and photos you add.

Disclaimer

Festival dates are computed on device; authoritative calendars prevail. The App is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

Updates

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
