常见问题
- 没有收到提醒：请到「我的 → 提醒设置」确认已开启，并在系统设置中允许通知。
- 贺卡无法保存到相册：请允许「添加照片」权限，或改用系统分享发送。
- 开屏广告：仅在你同意隐私政策后展示非个性化广告；可在「我的 → 隐私与协议」撤回同意。
- 会员购买 / 恢复：使用同一 Apple ID 点击「恢复购买」；订阅管理请到 App Store → 账户 → 订阅。
- 清除数据：「我的 → 清除全部数据」可删除本机全部业务数据。
退款
付费均由 Apple 处理。请通过
reportaproblem.apple.com
或 Apple 支持申请退款。我们无法直接退还 App Store 款项。

Quick help
- No reminders — enable in Profile → Reminder settings and allow system notifications.
- Can’t save to Photos — allow “Add Photos”, or share instead.
- Ads — non-personalized app-open ads after privacy consent; withdraw under Profile → Privacy.
- Purchases — Restore with the same Apple ID; manage subscriptions in App Store → Account → Subscriptions.
